With nearly a decade dedicated to the design and research field, my career began as a visual designer crafting beautiful and functional digital experiences, as showcased in my portfolio. However after some time I developed a deep curiosity about human behavior and I pivoted my career towards UX research, honing my expertise in understanding user needs and behaviors.
I directed my efforts towards enhancing internal initiatives, with a particular emphasis on improving employee experiences. My approach involved employing generative research methodologies, such as coordinating listening sessions, moderating focus groups, conducting diary studies, running surveys, and observing participants in their natural environments. Through the application of these methods, I acquired profound insights into user behavior, which in turn informed strategic decisions aimed at enhancing the overall experience.

As a Principal User Researcher, my primary objective was to plan and execute generative research in order to gain insights about customer and employee behavior, mental models and thought processing. The output of this work resulted in everything from card-sort exercises, to customer personas, to ecosystem mapping.
Apart from generative research, I also assisted the design team by conducting usability tests and other evaluative forms of research in order to measure the success of our products. This work allowed me to collect hard data and direct user feedback that was used to improve the overall usability and desirability of our products.
